Inter Milan join Pogba transfer race

Just when the dust was starting to settle and it looked increasingly likely that Paul Pogba will remain a Manchester United player a new bidder has apparently entered the race to throw the exit door wide open.

Real Madrid have had to enforce a pay cut for all players and staff so Zinedine Zidane will not have the cash to spend on signing Pogba at the end of the season.

Italy was the epicentre of Europe’s coronavirus outbreak and Juventus have been hit hard by the loss of income.

Crisinao Ronaldo and co. have also seen their salaries reduced and club sporting director Fabio Paratici has ruled out a return of the French World Cup Winner.

However, Gazzetta dello Sport claim a new side will approach United with the view to striking a deal – Inter Milan.

It is claimed Antonio Conte is unhappy with Christien Eriksen’s performances since the Dane joined from Tottenham in January.

The former Chelsea boss is keen to offer Pogba the chance to reignite his career in Serie A where he was so successful with Juventus.
