Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been struggling to adjust to their new lives in LA as the couple moved there after stepping down from their Royal duties in March this year. The Duchess of Sussex has been unable to see her family and friends for the majority of their time their due to the COVID-19 crisis that continues to badly affect the US. Meghan’s birthday is also growing ever closer, with the couple managing to find a safe way to celebrate with a small group of friends.

However, with a new book coming out about the Sussexes, their plans may change.

The book in question is called ‘Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family’.

It was written by royal experts Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand and aims to provide an in-depth look into Sussexes life.

The tensions between Harry and his brother Prince William are also covered in the book which could create further tensions in the Royal Family.

These tensions reached boiling point when William warned Harry about rushing into things with Meghan according to the book.

The book will be released on August 11.

Sources have suggested that both Meghan and Harry will not be focusing on the release of the controversial book, but instead celebrating Meghan’s birthday.

“That is something that has been a tradition of hers even before she was famous. It’s something she learned from her mom.”

The book also explores Harry and Meghan’s personal relationships and in particular what it was that led them to step back from Royal duties.

However, the Duke and Duchess say they did not give their input for the book or offer interviews.

Inside the book there are intimate details of the Duke and Duchess’ relationship in the early stages.

In particular, the book explores how fast their relationship moved.

The book said that one of Meghan’s friends said: “Three months into their relationship they had already begun swapping the words ‘I love you.’”

An excerpt obtained by Entertainment Tonight reads: “It was Harry who said it first, but Meghan immediately replied, ‘I love you, too.’”

“From there it didn’t take long for them to begin talking in non-oblique terms about their future.”

“While Harry and Meghan kept a low profile, the prince’s presence could not go unnoticed in her neighbourhood.”

“It didn’t take long for Harry’s visits to become an open secret among the residents.”
