Piers Morgan needs to ‘lose Corona Kilos’ to play 007 says James Bond girls Britt Ekland | Films | Entertainment

Piers Morgan was fat-shamed by James Bond star Britt Ekland on Good Morning Britain today. The Man with the Golden Golden actress was asked if the GMB host could play 007. However, it seems the 77-year-old thinks Morgan is far from the physical specimen he needs to be to portray Ian Fleming’s spy.

Ekland, who starred opposite Sir Roger Moore’s Bond, told the 55-year-old: “You like me have to probably get rid of a couple of corona kilos.”

This shouldn’t be surprising considering the incredible shape Daniel Craig is in for No Time To Die.

And the outgoing Bond is only a couple of years younger than Morgan.

So it’s certainly not impossible for the GMB host.

Ekland famously got hitched to the 39-year-old after dating for just three weeks when she was 21.

The Swedish actress’ marriage to Sellers from 1964 to 1968 saw much press attention and difficulties in their private life.

In the new documentary, the 77-year-old spoke of her husband’s “serious ill health” and alcohol and cocaine dependency.

And also his mental instability and controlling nature towards her.

Ekland said how Sellers would tell her what to wear after purchasing all her clothes without getting her opinion.

She said: “He decided what I was going to wear. He just pre-decided everything without ever asking me.”

The 77-year-old said how she was threatened with divorce “every Friday night.

“And by Monday there would be a make-up lunch or present.”
